Carlos Cigare

Since it was Saturday, I had lunch near the station. This is a restaurant that specializes in tonkatsu and kushiage (deep-fried skewers). The owner and everyone else there are very efficient. It would be even better if you could get seconds of rice.

The entrance has a nice feel to it. Today I bought a cake decorated with persimmons. I'm looking forward to buying it as it seems to be rare. I called five stores looking for a cake using persimmons before finally finding this cake shop.

This Japanese soba restaurant is just a short walk from the station. Today is Sunday, so I had tempura soba. They make their own special soba, so I really enjoyed it. Both the freshly fried tempura and the soba were delicious.

Today's lunch was at an Italian restaurant near the station. I've been there before and it was delicious, so I went back. I had the lunch course. Every dish was amazing.
