A long-established house restaurant in the city center. It has been one of my favorite restaurants since 35 years ago. On this day as well, dishes that make you feel the season are lined up one after another.

Tonight's dinner was at Hotel Okura Okazaki Bettei's Nouvelle Epoque, and we had delicious amuse bouche and petit fours. As expected, I was able to enjoy French cuisine unique to Hotel Okura.

A sushi restaurant in a slightly remote area from Hakodate Station. I enjoyed talking with the owner and had delicious nigiri sushi. All of the nigiri sushi that makes use of fresh sushi ingredients from Hokkaido is delicious, and even first-time customers will be able to feel full while drinking beer.
