コロナも落ち着き、妻の誕生日で、本格的フレンチに伺いました。本当に久々の、最新ヨーロッパ料理を、楽しみました。特に、イカのお皿は秀逸で、表面だけ焦げ目をつけて、中は生に近く仕上げてルッコラのソースとアーティチョークを添えていただく一皿は、日本でいただいたヨーロッパ料理で最高の一品でした。眺めも最高で、最高の誕生日ランチになりました。I have visit this restaurant for the first time to celebrate the birthday of my wife. Also, this is a first fantastic European restaurant that I visit, since COVID19 starts. I like a dish of squid the most, because the way of they cook is just fantastic, and I could say this is the best European dish that I have tried in Japan.I really enjoyed quality time and outstanding view at there. #今年の一番

昨年は、色々な事情から一度も伺うことが出来ませんでしたが、今年は万難を排して、伺うことが出来ました。時節柄色々と気を使いましたが、此処の青鰻はその価値があると再確認させられます。人間の食欲というのは、恐ろしいものです。I repeated this UNAGI restaurant again. I would have to say every difficulty in this special circumstances would not make me give up the taste of AO-UNAGI of this restaurant. Thus. I come back to this restaurant after long time while and realized nothing is greater than the appetite of human. In case you are UNAGI eater, you don't want to die before tasting AO-UNAGI at this restaurant. #やっぱり最高

今日は白トリュフのパスタがあったので、いただきました。ここの、トリュフパスタはやっぱり最高に美味しいのですが、珍しい白トリュフを、テーブルでふんだんにかけていただくスタイルは、香りが拡がって、今日の白トリュフパスタは、いままでいただいたパスタの中でも最高の一品でした。It is the best truffle pasta I have ever had. I have tried many Italian restaurant in the u.s. and slovakia which were operated by Italian when I was living there, but I think truffle pasta of this restaurant is the best. I am so sure that you can find fantastic truffle pasta at there that money can buy. #トリュフパスタは最高の一品です

以前行列ができていて、気になっていた、お店です。お昼時にたまたま通りかかって、すんなり入れそうだったので伺いました。久しぶりにエポックメイキングと表現したくなるお皿に感動。特に卵かけご飯は秀逸。ご飯の上の醤油味のメレンゲを焦がした火山の上に卵を乗せて頂きます。焦げた醤油の風味で最高のTKGに。人気の卵プリンも追加してしまいました。In case you are big fan of TKG this is must go cafe to try. You can enjoy nice flavour of baked SOY SOURCE which is placed on the top of rice and fresh egg that you will put on. Also you can enjoy famous egg pudding of this cafe. #いやはや面白い

久しぶりに伺いました。帰国して、食べたくなるのがこのお蕎麦。蕎麦前と天ぷらのレベルが高いので、何度でもリピートしたくなるお店です。時節柄閉店が早いので、5時台でも満席の状態。まずは、今年一番の満足度です。This is the best restaurant in this year as of today for me. I repeat so many times and love to visit every time when I come back from abroad. At this moment, their last order is early following the restriction of COVID regulation. It was full even before 6pm because of the restriction I guess. You have to visit early to avoid long waiting line, since they can not accept reservation. #やっぱりここは落ち着きます。

前から目をつけていた熟成肉のお店に伺いました。お店の雰囲気も素晴らしく、デートの若者でなかなかの盛況ぶり。こんな時節でもなければ、もしかして当日予約など難しかったかも。先ずはコースのお料理を、オーダー。注文したお肉を焼く前に見せてくれます。どのお皿も秀逸で量もほどほどなので、最後まで美味しく完食できました。This restaurant is serving aged Japanese beef. We can find this kinds of restaurant recently. Before starting to serve, they show fresh meet which we ordered and explained it is aged about one month. We asked to prepare it rare as normally we do. Every dishes are excellent and just quite enough for average small sized japanese stomach then we could finish all without necessity of doggy bag. #味も雰囲気も最上級

時節柄乗客がほとんどいないので、ラウンジもファーストクラスラウンジだけしかやっていませんでした。必然的にアップグレードされて、はじめて成田空港のファーストクラスラウンジに伺いました。お客さんもいないので、お寿司のカウンターで一通り握っていただきました。職人さんも暇そうで、厚くもてなしていただけます。さすがファーストクラス、お寿司もなかなかのものです。Due to COVID 19 issue, there is only one lounge available in Narita airport which is called first class lounge. This is my first time to visit first class lounge in Narita airport just because upgraded only under this special circumstances. There are very few customer at lounge and I enjoyed Sushi at there. #ゆったり寛げました

いや、本当に驚きました。前回伺ったのは覚えていない程前ですが、こんなに美味しいお店にステップアップしていようとは、思っていませんでした。焼き加減も絶妙ですし、塩、タレともに絶品の味付け。白レバーと云うのはたぶんはじめていただきましたが、ごま油、タレともに秀逸なひと串です。これはリピート決定ですね。I think this is the best YAKITORI restaurant that I have visit. To be honest, it was second time to visit this restaurant after very long time while. It was a big surprise that this restaurant becomes such heigh quality restaurant. Every dishes they serve are wonderful that you do not want to miss out.

久しぶりに伺いました。出張前に美味しいイタリアンのランチです。ここのトリュフパスタは、すこぶるいけています。世界中のトリュフパスタの中でも一番のお薦めという心持ちです。追加の料金を払っても試す価値ありですね。是非。I would say truffle pasta of this restaurant is the best of all dishes in it's kind. I got fantastic time before going to trip to overseas.

２年ぶりに数日連続の夏休みが取れたので、こんなご時世ですが、伺いました。シェフが変わったとのことで、先端のヨーロピアンと云うより、少し和風のテイストが濃くなったと感じます。今回は、ガルナチャのスペインワインと朝食に出たサーモンベネディクトが特に印象に残りました。やっぱり、人間美味しいものを食べてゆっくり休む為に生きてますって気がしますね。I have visit there after very long time while. Even I realize current COVID situation, I feel alive when I have quality time by having nice glasses of wine and outstanding dishes. They said chef of this restaurant has been changed, then I feel the taste is getting to little more japanese side rather than latest European dishes. I am impressed by salmon benedict at breakfast and Spanish red wine this time.
