It’s good to try this at least once because it’s considered 水戸の名物. The flavour of the soup that came along with it was smoky and interesting, consisting mostly of chunks of daikon, and aburaage. The soba was thicker than I’m used to and the quantity was staggering. The location is relatively easy to miss so be sure to use the in-app navigation system to get here. It’s on the second floor of a dilapidated building, so be brave and walk up the stairs. I dont feel I would crave this, but it’s nice to have tried it at least once.
