浅草で先日新しいタイプの寿司を食べてみました！ 本当に美味しそうだったから、どうしても食べたくて普段食べる寿司と違って、モダーンな形だと思いますただ食べるのではなく、寿司を「体験」できる！混ぜたり、動かしたりする事で、寿司が完成するので、本当に面白くて感動的な体験でした。一般的な寿司の種類も豊か、飲み物も！！ 是非みなさんもお時間ある時行ってみてください！ ①②マウント寿司 ▶︎とろろとマグロは巻き寿司の上に流れるタイプの寿司。 自分でとろろのところを取り出す事で、流れる✨美味しそうで楽しい時間抜群。味付けも大好き ③エビカニ合戦 卵黄、カニとエビがカニのカラの中に入ってる！一緒に混ぜて、下の巻き寿司に流す I tried Asakusa Yokocho new type of sushi Instead of just eating the sushi as usual, you actually can « make » your own sushi by mixing and sprinkling some ingredients on your base sushi. That’s really fun and interesting ! And it was very delicious so I really recommend ! They also have a lot of choice for traditional sushi and drinks ! Pic 1&2 ▶︎ « Mount Sushi » Sprinkling some tuna and tororo (creamy Japanese yam) over your Maki sushi! The mixture will flow on your Maki sushi ✨ Pic 3 : « Ebi Kani Gassen » Mixing some egg yolk with crab and shrimp meat in a crab shell !! Then sprinkle the mixture on your sushi That’s really beautiful and funny to do!

浅草横町の焼き鳥屋・居酒屋『ユラユラ』に行ってきました！ 雰囲気はとても明るくて、ベンチのあるテーブルとカウンター風テーブルはあります。ベンチテーブルが本当に可愛くて、楽しくピックニックをするような雰囲気で食べれます（笑）お友達や家族、パートナーの方と一緒にカジュアルな雰囲気で過ごせるのは良かったところです！ 注文したのは、焼き鳥の盛り合わせ、野菜の盛り合わせ、とりかわ、抹茶です！ 味も濃くあって、焼き野菜の焼き鳥は正直初めてこんなに美味しい物を食べたと思います！特に椎茸は本当におすすめ。 焼き鳥は柔らかくて、食べやすかったです✨ 焼き鳥屋さんですが、実際メニューを見たら野菜や鶏肉系の料理のチョイスがとても豊かで、福岡名物の水炊きととり皮も楽しめます！ しかも水炊きが高いイメージがあるのに、ユラユラさんではとても安く楽しめるので、驚きました！今回は頼んでないですが、今度はぜひ食べてみたいと思います！ I tried Asakusa Yokocho new Yakitori ＆Izakaya restaurant Yurayura last week. The restaurant is very unusual. It’s colorful and you can enjoy both counter style tables & bench tables! I personally recommend the tables with benches because it feels like you have a picnic with your friends, family or partner in a very casual way ! It was so much fun ！ I ordered an assortiment of yakitori, which are Japanese grilled chicken or pork skewers(Yokitori woriawase), and an assortiment of grilled veggies skewers (Yaki yasai moriawase), as well as a chicken crispy skin skewer & a matcha for drink. I really enjoyed the texture of the chicken skewers which are really soft and juicy ! The flavor was perfect. The grilled veggies skewers were the best I ate in my life I think.. Especially the shiitake (Japanese mushroom) which I highly recommend to you !! You have to try that. I thought at first there were only skewers but actually Yurayura’s food menu is very interesting. You can also eat some Kyushu Fukuoka specialities here such as the Japanese chicken fondue (Mizusaki) and some other chicken meat dishes. You have also lots of veggies skewers so it’s also a place suitable for vegetarians ! If you have time, I recommend you to have lunch or dinner at yurayura !
