Chicken Soup curry With huge portion of chicken for Yen 1000. Great atmosphere, American pop music from 1970s. Just a short walk from Hokkaido University 13th street gate.

Visited during Sapporo Bar 2019 in Nov. This restaurant has a great view of Odoori Park. Nice interior and great Japanese seafood. This restaurant has four other location. Grab folded introduction flyer down stairs in the information booth and look for free beer coupon. I had three fried oyster and a glass of beer.

Visited during Sapporo Bar 2019 in Nov. Roast Beef with Japanese Source was so tasty. I would like to visit again during lunch hours. If you have a group of 4 or more, you might be able to get a table by the window. Historical Hokkaido Prefecture Government building is the right across the street!

Visited during Sapporo Machi Bar 2019 in Nov. Hamburger was pretty good. A lot of interesting books on the shelf so perhaps you can visit there in the afternoon to have sweets. Ask for a table by the window to enjoy the view as well.
