ここ何回か分をまとめて投稿。 早速 辻堂で人気になってきたこちらの店。 季節のものが美味しくお手頃価格で食べれる人気店。 3月過ぎに毛蟹を頂き4月に入り筍ご飯を作ってもらいました。 釜飯で炊くごはんに炭火で焼く焼き魚も美味しい。 刺身は、平目や鯛やイワシにアジなどどれも新鮮で美味しいです。 茶碗蒸しは、食べる人皆が絶賛してくれるので初めて一緒に来た人の反応が楽しみになってきました、 最近メニューで増えた高座豚は、かなりハマっております。 生姜焼きにポークソテー、しゃぶしゃぶ、とんかつと全部頂きましたが脂が軽く旨いのでたくさん食べれちゃう。 ここの大将の父親がオークラのシェフだったらしく本人も一流旅館を経験の後に車屋さんで洋食の修行も積まれたそうでポークソテーなどや隠れメニューのオムライスなどは、絶品です。 最近新しく開発された高座豚を使ったカツ丼を食べたがこれまた衝撃の美味さ！ 化学調味料使わずに全てを作っているのに旨味が素晴らしい！ このカツ丼は、人気になること間違いなし！ また次回の訪問が楽しみです。 ランチは、完全予約制のようです。 予約客がいたらそのまま入れることもあるみたいです。 訪問前に電話確認することをお勧めします。
やっと行くことができた産直屋たか。 予約困難店です。 予約困難店が掲載されるサイトの OMAKASE経由の予約になるようです。 日本酒好きにはたまらないこの店。 最初の一杯だけビールが頼める。 その後は、さまざまなオススメの日本酒を ひたすら楽しむスタイル。 日本酒のお供になる肴は、まるで漁師たちが 船の上で作ってくれそうな素材を活かした美味しい 肴だらけです。 もう日本酒がすすんで止まらない！ 10種類近い日本酒を楽しみとても素敵な時間を楽しみました。 また行きたい店ですね！
気がついたら湘南エリアを代表する行列のできる名店になっていたこちらの店。 出汁名人（勝手に命名）の店主が作るラーメンは、常に新しいラーメンメニューがあり飽きずに通えます。 今回食べた「お出汁中華そば」は、驚異的な旨さ！ 旨味たっぷりでがツルツル平打ち麺に絡みまくり！ チャーシューも2種類のこだわりチャーシューがオンされていて色んな味が楽しめます。 らーめん鴇を食べた時のような感動を感じたこのメニュー！旨味と後味の良さと上品さが素晴らしい！ これはクセになりますな。 ぜひご賞味あれ。
