誕生日にmy babyが予約してくれたのですが、コロナで行けなくなってしまいました。8月にまた予約していきました！ 隠れやでおしゃれな空間。食べ物はおまかせコースでパンからお肉まで全て美味しかった。料理への愛が感じるレストラン。スタッフの方も最高でした。 My girlfriend booked this restaurant for my birthday because she knows I love farm to table style Italian food. We couldn’t go because of the pandemic, but tried to go again in August. The food is not only delicious, but innovative and you can really taste the passion of the couple that operates this restaurant. One of the best dining experiences I have had in Tokyo. The duck was phenomenal.

今まで食べてきた焼き魚はなんだったんだろう、と思わせるほど美味しいお店です。人生変わりました。週末のブランチ気分でよく行きます。雨の日でも、暑い日でも並びます。それほど大好きです。焼き魚を食べたくなるとたき下さん、って決まりです。 I can still remember my first bite at Takishita. I have had yakizakana at other places before (even my grandmothers home cooking), and I am 100% certain that this place is leagues ahead of every other yakizakana I have ever had. It is life changing. True delicious Japanese food is simple, seasonal, and made to perfection. I almost don’t want to say anything else because I don’t want any more competition to get into this amazing place.
東京現代美術館に行ったあと、イタリアンと美味しいワインが飲みたくて、発見した小さなお店。タベログの評価も良かったので予約してみました。最高です。梅とトマトのスープ など味も変わっていて、コースの料理は全ておいしかった！コスパ最高です。料理にあうナチュラルワインもグラスで飲めるお店。めちゃくちゃおすすめです！ After a visit to MOCA Tokyo, I wanted Italian food and to drink some nice wine so we stumbled across this small restaurant. What a surprise it was. The chef does everything himself so the feeling is very intimate. I cannot believe how good of a deal this course is. We were amazed by each dish, and walked out feeling stuffed. The chef is extremely knowledgeable about wines as well. Definitely will go back.
カウンター席式の小さいがとてもSpecialなお店。彼女さんが前から行きたいと言っていたので週末遅く行きました。パスタはAMAZING. 本当に特別な場所です！
東京Kitteの5Fで、知る人ぞ知る旭川ラーメンの名店。B1F の有名ラーメン店はいつも行列になっており、僕は静かなお店が好きです。定番の味噌ラーメンも勿論美味しいですが、僕の大好物はこちらの「台湾まぜそば」です。贅沢な焼き豚、味たっぷりのトッピングと濃厚な黄味。少しピリ辛でまじはまります。ボリュームたっぷりで900円。Good deal! 本当に美味しいです。 Taiwan mazesoba is not a real thing in Taiwan, but boy Japan does it well. This place on the 5th floor of the KITTE building in Marunouchi is a hidden gem. Their ramen is of course really good, but I LOVE their mazesoba. It was one of my first lunches when I first started working in Tokyo a year ago so it’s somewhat sentimental, but I have been going back ever since. Just writing this review makes my mouth salivate. Goddamn. I love you, Taiwan mazesoba at Baikouken.
大阪の箕面エリアの人気スントウブ専門店。 One of my favorite Korean food dishes. This place was amazing. You can pick your sundubu-jigae out of various options such as pork, beef, and seafood and even the spice level. Sundubu also comes with rice, egg, and unlimited banchan. I wanted to try the hottest spice level, but I was dining with my girlfriends family and didn’t want to embarrass myself in case it was too spicy so I got the spice level 3. Honestly it could have been spicier but the soup was so rich and flavorful. The best sundubu I have eaten in Japan! Must try!
大阪の天満エリアでは美味しい居酒屋がたくさんあります。東京に比べると本当に安くて美味しい！ 天満の飲み街の内一番美味しかったのが新多聞！ オーナーのフォンさんは15年前Malaysiaから来て、素敵な奥様とやっているスタンド。 I loved talking to the chef, he is very friendly and we shared a lot of stories about coming to Japan and working here. His food is made with love and goes great with a glass of beer. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Tenma area!
数週間前から予約していた八十八さん。 この時期にしか食べられない香箱蟹、その他色々アラカルトを注文しました！ほんと何を食べても期待以上！ 〆は鰻のチャーハン。これがまた絶品でした！！ また是非お伺いしたい良店です！ If you are looking for an upscale washoku vibe, and a break from your normal izakayas, this is the place to go! Go with a close friend or a partner for great drinks and food in a cozy atmosphere.
