釜だれとんこつラーメン

Yummy omakase dinner prepared by Chef Kotoku. The veggie sushi and the sea cucumber sashimi (my firsts) were both nice and interesting. The kamatoro sushi was my favourite piece.

The Margherita pizza and the Bismarck pizza were very delicious. In fact I think the pizzas were almost as tasty as those from Pizzeria da Gaetano. However, the Spaghetti Bolognese was a bit of a disappointment as the sauce was a bit too watery. On the other hand, the spaghetti itself was perfectly cooked as it was “al dente”.

Just like going to Maroush whenever I am in London, dining at an Imahan restaurant is the “ritual” that I have to undertake whenever I am in Japan. The sukiyaki sauce is second to none and the quality of the wagyu is always good.
