We arrived at Shimoda around 7pm, and most of the restaurants around the station are closed. We walked around 5 minutes and found this bistro. We ordered sashimi, yakitori and shrimp dumpling. Sashimi is very fresh and affordable! They got English menu.

餃子 is very juicy. One of the best 餃子 I've ever had!
